At Nine West, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and internal protective materials, to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
